Brickson Diamond is a Senior Vice President of Capital Guardian Trust Company's Personal Investment Management Division and a Vice President of Capital Guardian Trust Company, a Nevada Corporation. He is an Investment Counselor and in that role advises wealthy individuals, families and non-profit organizations. In addition to his work with individual clients, Mr. Diamond coordinates the division's efforts with investment management consultants nationally. Starting in 1993 Mr. Diamond spent two years in a management training program completing rotations in six functional areas of the Capital Group Companies, Inc. He spent two years in the firm's New York office in the capacity of Senior Marketing Associate, a client relations role, serving large pension funds, endowments and foundations. Mr. Diamond returned to Capital in 1999 after leaving in 1997 to earn an MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration. He also earned a BA from Brown University.

Mr. Diamond has taken active leadership in local, national and academic philanthropic circles. His efforts are focused on the advancement of communities of color, social change, HIV/AIDS prevention and care, issues impacting the LGBT community and the national hospice movement. In Los Angeles, he currently serves on the board of the Liberty Hill Foundation and acts as chair of its investment committee. On the national level, Mr. Diamond is a Trustee of the National Hospice Foundation and chairs its resource development committee. He has spent the last twelve years serving in a variety of leadership capacities within the Brown University Alumni Association and the Brown University Annual Fund. Mr. Diamond is a member of The Executive Leadership Council. He is a founding board member of The Blackhouse Foundation, an organization focused on the creation of a networking and education space for African-American filmmakers at the Sundance Film Festival. He is an investor in a women's couture fashion house, B. Michael Couture, and an original investor in the LOGO series, Noah's Arc.

He lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
